Mibbit

Mibbit is a free IRC client. It does not require a download — it runs in your browser. I would estimate getting into the chatrooms will take <30 seconds, even on your first go!
To start please to go www.mibbit.com. Then, unless you want to sign up for it, click "Launch App" which is in the HUGE SHINY YELLOW CIRCLE below.
You should now be on a page that contains the below interface. Follow the instructions on the diagram below!
You should now be in the channel you chose and your screen will look something like the one below — enjoy chatting!
