Meet the Cheerie-os, Hufflepuff's Cheer Squad!
We're Yellow, we're Black!
But we're so much more than that.
We're the Badgers, yes we are!
Go Hufflepuff! Reach that star!
Hufflepuff "Cheerie-os" are the official cheerleaders for the Hufflepuff Quidditch team. Cheerie-os squad members cheer for their team in the granstand in IRC, get the fans cheering for the Badgers, and conduct spirit activities, games, and contests in the Sett to foster team spirit.
Hufflepuff cheerleading is open to all Hufflepuff students, post-grads and professors. Both girls and guys are welcome. The only prerequisites are enthusiasm and spirit. (To properly use the cheer files, you'll also need to use mIRC, though it's certainly not a requirement.)
Cheerie-os are expected to be loyal, dedicated, fearless, creative, and cooperative. We pride ourselves on living HOL's motto, "Friendship is the strongest magic." We also learn and grow from each other and encourage each other to be the best that we can be.
