Phantom Poetry

Even Love Ain't Immortal

Many own a heart of stone,
And by those love is thrown,
But you deserve a lot more,
Caring kindness, not a cold war.

Just like some others do,
You should never be blue,
You need to put on wings of gold,
And through all times stay bold.

Spread your wings and fly above the clouds,
Like a balloon does without any doubts,
There is no need of a background song,
As long as you remember to remain strong.

Embrace the love you get each day,
You must not stop halfway,
As everything you acquire,
May one day expire.

Faith in Magic

It's when we held hands together,
In all types of bad weather,
That I felt a rush inside my blood,
A powerful magical scud,
Simply waiting to burst out,
Like a small tree sprout,
Grown with some magical water,
Raised like nature's daughter,
And as your fingers slept into mine,
I felt like being in a sacred shrine,
Filled with memories of an old friend,
One that got to a very bitter end,
Yet all she wanted to achieve,
Was to make people in love to believe.

And nowadays without her I just feel weak,
Like the most graceful bird without a beak,
Like the mightiest bear without a roar,
Like a wounded civilian in the middle of a war.

But in these darkest hours I still remain strong,
Because in the world of pain I do not belong,
As I have always been a powerful wizard,
And for me, there will be no blizzard.
