The Citrine Cove End of the Year Overview
Another year is about to begin, and with that will be a new race for the top citrine earners in the Sett. People worked all year long earning citrines to create gigantic totals this year, and if you haven't already seen the winners, then I have the top three earners for you!
In third place this year, earning 1620 citrines, is ME!!! Rorey Padfoot!
In second place, earning 1719 citrines, we have Rachel Selenia!
And to no surprise to anyone our top citrine earner this year, collecting a whopping 1927 citrines is Kath Snape!!! We've actually lost count how many years in a row Kath has won this award. I'm thinking we'll be checking her pockets this year for those "add on" citrines. *watches Kath*
This year we also offered an award for those non-badgers who visit the Sett and play in our games too. The top non-badger who earned the most citrines of any other house was Prof. Daphne. Marin-Booth.
The new count started back up in August and there have been a lot of activities going on this summer with literally hundreds of citrines being awarded. Not to worry though if you haven't started earning them yet; it's never too late to earn citrines.
Here's what you need to do: if you are a Badger, start exploring the Sett. Activities that have citrine earning opportunities are all over. Check the DoHGaS, the Kitchen, The Bookshelf, Cheerie-os Section, I mean everywhere. Complete as many as you can and watch your count go up. I try to post monthly a new spreadsheet with a total so you can see where you are in the race.
If you are a non-badger, don't worry, you can still earn as well. The same goes for you as it does for the Badgers; check every area you can see in the Sett for citrine opportunities and complete them before the deadline.
Citrines are placed into your personal file usually once a year (as it's a big undertaking) so please beware of that, but once you have citrines to spend you can do so in our Sett Shop. The most popular items are the sweets and Parker Repellant. You can never have enough Parker Repellant!
