It's time to get Back to School! For this Creative September challenge, you'll be showing us what's in your backpack for the school year! This can be for returning to Hogwarts/HOL or for returning to RL school. Since it's the start of the year, we'll go easy on you; the only thing you have to include in the picture is, of course, a bag to hold all your things! Please note - if you are deciding to create this as an RL project, remember not to include anything which will give away your identity! For completing this challenge, you'll earn yourself 20 diamonds and 2 Graphic Points. You have until September 30th. Get packing !

Hello there, Graphics Club people! It's time to wrap up the Graphics Club for the 2015/2016 year and ring in the new school year! Since last year was a bit tricky with activities, Prof. Rachel Selenia (new Graphics Club mod ) and myself decided to adjust the award levels accordingly. They now look like this: 1st rank: Baby Artist 2nd rank: Junior Artist (2 Graphic Points) 3rd rank: Senior Artist (3 Graphic Points) 4th rank: Advanced Artist (5 Graphic Points) 5th rank: Professional Artist (7 Graphic Points) 6th rank: Junior DaVinci (8 Graphic Points) 7th rank: Leonardo DaVinci (10 Graphic Points) So, let's check out who won some Graphic Points and achieved some of the ranks last year: Hermione Brontë and Meredith Malkins are our Baby Artists, each having earned 1 Graphic Point! Leonie Munslow and Alex Sparks became Senior Artists, both having earned 4 Graphic Points! Prof. Tarma Amelia Black became an Advanced Artist, having earned 6 Graphic Points! Meredith Malkins earned the rank of Junior DaVinci, earning a whopping 9 Graphic Points!! Congratulations to all our Artists and thanks for a great year!! Stay tuned for this year - Rachel and I have lots up our sleeves !

Since summer is just around the corner, now is the perfect time to dream about it by coloring a nice beach scene! You can print the image and color by hand, or you can use an image-editing program. When you're finished, upload the picture to an image-hosting website and post the finished picture or link below. You will earn yourself 10 diamonds and 1 graphic point by doing so! In honor of Alan Rickman, who sadly passed away on the 14th, this month's coloring page is of one of our favourite characters that he brought to life: Professor Snape. You can print it out and colour it by hand or use an image-editing program to color it. The due date for this coloring page is February 6th, 11:59PM HOL time. When you are finished coloring, upload it to an image-hosting website and post the link or image below. You will earn 10 diamonds and 1 graphic point. You will be missed, Alan .

Hi, badgers! While Lamia is tackling the Real Life beast, I will be taking over her role in the Graphics Club. Let's get creative! I know it's almost half-way through the month, but I believe in you, badgers! (And I will give you a wee extension ) The theme for Creative January is... Goals and Dreams! January is a popular time for people to think about what they want out of life and how they are going to get there. So, let's plan and dream together! You can create a graphic, draw a picture, make a collage, take a photo, build a pillow fort craft of some sort - whatever you want, as long as it's a creative image (and clearly fits the theme), I'm open to it! What do you want to accomplish this year? What are you hoping for, or what are you excited for? (This can be RL you, your HOL character/life, or a mix of both!) The additional challenge is that somewhere in your picture/project, you must also represent something that motivates or inspires you towards said goals and dreams. Perhaps this is something complex like passion, or perhaps it's something simple, like food ! Please include a quick note below the picture to point out that motivator! (Unless it is really, really obvious). You're also welcome to describe your goals/dreams represented in the picture if you want but it is not required! (This is the graphics club after all!) Please remember to upload your image to a picture hosting site first (like tinypic or Photobucket) and then post the graphic or the link in this thread.
