My favorite Christmas movie is the Claymation version of The Year Without a Santa Claus. My sister and I still watch it every year when it comes on TV. I love the style of the movie and sort of wish that they still made claymation the same way. The claymation makes them fun to watch and I believe that is what has made them into the classics they are. When the Miser brothers are fighting over the weather it reminds me alot of how our weather is during winter. We hardy ever get snow here and I like to think the Miser brothers are fighting over giving us snow. I do not feel like it is the holidays until I have watched at least one of the claymation classics on tv. Claymation may be creepy to some people, but I really enjoy the style and nostalgia that it brings me.

My first encounter with Professor Snape happened while reading Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. I was terrified of him. I was afraid for Harry and his friends to get in any trouble around Snape. Then I was just aggravated with him because it seemed like he was always getting Harry into trouble even if it was not Harry's fault. I remember thinking, "Man, he is strict, I am glad none of my teachers as are mean as Professor Snape." By the last book, however, I had come to love Professor Snape. I was very sad when died during the Battle of Hogwarts.
