An Interview with Zoki Phantom
Witches and wizards of HOL, I, Hermionie Miranda, present an interview with Zoki Phantom! That's right, Zoki kindly let me interview him for the WT, so enjoy it!
1. What makes you stand out in Hufflepuff?
Zoki: Do I really stand out? I actually don't think I do, but I guess what makes me different than most of the other badgers is the huge number of house points I've earned and the fact that I am constantly active in the Common Room.
2. How has/is your first year in Hufflepuff going?
Zoki: Simply amazing! I've met so many new people and made many new friends who I am truly happy to have in my life. There were many things that I enjoyed — from the simple games that we played in the Sett, to becoming a Cheerie-o and helping out to promote the HQT spirit.
3. How does it feel earning so many points for Hufflepuff?
Zoki: It's a wonderful feeling! The best part is that while I do earn the points for myself, they count for the house cup, too. And seeing how we're in the lead at the moment, it makes me proud knowing that I've contributed to that lead.
4. Are there any positions in Hufflepuff you've held of which you are proud? Are there any you want to get one day?
Zoki: First of all, I'm proud that I'm in Hufflepuff in the first place; it's a lovely house with truly amazing people, no matter what others think or say. As for positions, I'm proud of being on the Wizarding Times staff, of being a Cheerie-o, and of being a Badger Buddy even though I haven't been paired with another badger yet. Those are my only positions I think, but I'm proud of all of them.
As for other positions... I wouldn't mind becoming a prefect one day. After all, isn't that everybody's dream?
5. What do you think makes Hufflepuff stand out from the other lovely houses in HOL?
Zoki: Nothing, it doesn't stand out. No house stands out. People might think I'm saying that just to seem modest, or whatever, but it's true, believe me. I've been a member of two different houses and all I can say is that they are different, but no house is better than another; they all have their good and bad sides.
6. If you could have changed one thing you have done in HOL, what would it be and why?
Zoki: I wouldn't squib out of my house. And no, I'm not saying that because I like Hufflepuff less than Ravenclaw, I simply think that whenever someone squibs out of his or her house and joins another, he or she pretty much starts a new HOL life, which would mean I kinda wasted two years of my HOL life for nothing. Things change all the time, so even if things aren't right sometime, don't just run away from them — stand there and deal with them.
But on the other side, I'm happy with how things are now, so I really wouldn't change anything.
