Mango Ice Cream

I have personally tried this recipe myself and I find that the results are extremely delicious

Makes 3 cups of ice cream

Ingredients:
4 egg whites
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 cup of cream
1 cup of mangoes (can be raw or puree, 1-2 mangoes)
Vanilla extract (optional)

1. Beat egg whites until frothy, then gradually add sugar.
2. Depending on how fruity you'd like the ice cream to taste, dice that many mangoes.
3. Mix the mangoes and the egg whites together, leaving the chunks intact.
3a. If you want to add in vanilla extract for some extra flavor, go for only 3-5 drops. Trust me.
4. Leave in the frige overnight or for 5 hours.

I recommend overnight although you'll have to wait for it to thaw the next day. Hope you enjoy this great dessert!
