Hello again!

Our October/November 2008 Hufflepuff Poll was a great success. This time around, we asked our fellow Hufflepuff's questions concerning homework.

We had three questions, and each voter could leave their own thoughts about the questions offered.

The questions asked were as follows:

1. Do you like doing your homework assignments? Yes/No
2. Do you pick and choose, say, your favorite class first? Yes/No
3. Do you do them right away or wait till the last day? Right away/Throughout the month/Last day

We had a great turnout, with 17 Hufflepuffs taking the time to vote. We had six Huffies who took a moment to write their thoughts for us, too!

"I enjoy doing my HOL homework.... I usually do some of my homework when it is first received and some when I have time and/or inclination during the month and some at the last minute (usually something where I have to do 'web work' because that is more time-consuming for me and I have a tendency to put it off.)" — Tarma Black

"I also enjoy doing homework; however, sometimes it can be given out at the most inconvenient times. Homework on HOL for me is something to do in my spare time — that is, if I have any." — Jessica Blue

"I love HOL homework. The classes are definitely one of my favorite aspects of the site.... I always do mine right at the beginning of the month because I am so excited for more homework, but then by the end of them month I wish I had saved one or two to do." — Abigail Chalmers

"I love homework because it forces us to read the lesson first. Reading the lesson can improve our knowledge, at least to know something new about a thing. Even though I always do it in the last day of the deadline, I have so much fun in doing it. I wish I'd have more free time to finish my homework earlier." — Prof. Danya Amaritu

"I absolutely love the assignments! Problem is, I do them (usually) on the day they're assigned or really early in the month. So, then I'm bored for the rest the month >_>" — Nozomi Kisaragi

"Well, I love doing my HOL Homework. I do pick and choose. I like doing my favorite class homework first. Next I will work on the ones that involve more thinking or writing." — Kath Snape

This was an enjoyable poll to run, and we plan on expanding our questions about Homework in future polls. We wish to thank all the Hufflepuffs who participated and, of course, hope you had fun joining in!
