Lamia Brickley Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Hello, if you are having trouble understanding a challenge or how to make a graphic or where to upload it, post it here 1
Alex Sparks Posted October 22, 2015 Posted October 22, 2015 Hello! Hmmm... how do I post something 'directly to a thread'? I can only find the load up somewhere and post the link here option 1
Meredith Malkins Posted November 11, 2016 Posted November 11, 2016 Oh I know that one (took me forever), click the button of the picture of the tree when posting, then paste in the URL of your uploaded picture. 1
Oliver Strike Posted November 15, 2016 Posted November 15, 2016 Anyone recommend a good image hosting site?
Meredith Malkins Posted November 16, 2016 Posted November 16, 2016 Tinypic is good too (tinypic.com). Another one is Postimage (postimage.org). It's always nice to have a range if one goes down. 2
Oliver Strike Posted November 17, 2016 Posted November 17, 2016 Ok. Thanks! And a good photo editing site?
Meredith Malkins Posted November 18, 2016 Posted November 18, 2016 I use pixlr.com It's similar to photoshop but free 2
Prof. Tarma Amelia Black Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 A question popped up. "May I color in a picture from a previous month, and earn Diamonds for doing it?" Answer: Yes! If the topic is not locked, and isn't in the archived area, please feel free to color the picture in and post it. Your submission will be given Diamonds (and marked when they are given).
Pezzie Wolfe Posted September 2, 2021 Posted September 2, 2021 When is comes to coloring pages, etc. My concern is going to an outside of HOL link. What if not so nice things show up on that webpage? Would it be best to save images and host them on places such as imgur, photobucket, flickr, etc?
Prof. Tarma Amelia Black Posted September 2, 2021 Posted September 2, 2021 There are hosting sites listed above -- Photobucket, Tinypic and Postimage. A reference to how to make a screen capture of browser and post them is in here - How to Make a Screen Capture of Browser Where are the 'problem' pictures, Pezzie? 1

When I clicked on the September Coloring page, images that might be not HOL Safe appeared. I know it wasn't bad. But it's a concern. like what if other images appear other than health or girls in a backseat - clothed yes. Can I screenshot what I saw and privately share with you?

Astor Arensin Posted October 2, 2021 Posted October 2, 2021 So for the jigsaws does it have to be one that i started and finished in october or can it be one i started earlier but finished in october 1

It is fine to use jigsaw that you have started before October! 1
Frankie Kirtz Posted October 5, 2021 Posted October 5, 2021 Got a couple questions! 1. Do class, activity and other jigsaws count for the monthly challenge? 2. Jigsaw Planet only has jigsaws up to 300 pieces. Where can we find jigsaws with 800+ pieces? 3. Do RL jigsaws count? Sorry if these were answered before :-/ 2
Harry Walles Posted October 5, 2021 Posted October 5, 2021 Hi @Frankie Kirtz! Let me answer some of your questions 1. Nope. It would not be fair to others so nope. 2. There are a few apps where you can put together more than 800 pieces but from what I know, jigsaw planet is the safest website with jigsaws! 3. Yup! As it says in the introduction, it was originally only about real life jigsaw but because some people don't have RL jigsaw, they can also do the online version. Make sure that with RL jigsaw you include how many pieces are there. 2
Harry Walles Posted October 8, 2021 Posted October 8, 2021 @Frankie KirtzAlso (because I totally forgot to mention this - Thanks Tarma ) you NEED TO post a photo of the unassembled jigsaw as well! 1
